Gaby Morris is the Director of Quality Assurance and Responsible Sourcing at At Home Stores. With her team, she has established the company’s Product Compliance and Quality program and is responsible for its execution. She also oversees the Ethical Sourcing program and works closely with Sourcing, Buying teams and suppliers around the globe. Prior to At Home, she held various management roles at
Michaels Stores in areas of quality assurance, product testing, regulatory compliance, social responsibility and direct sourcing. She also worked for Bureau Veritas helping big box retailer develop and maintain strong product compliance programs. She also worked for JC Penney, in areas of sourcing and quality assurance in Mexico, Central and South America.
Gaby holds a BA in International Culture and Commerce from Christopher Newport University in Virginia; an MBA from Northeastern University; and is a graduate of Saint Louis University’s Product Safety Management program.
